Chocolate tempering, molding and decorative techniques, incredible chocolate and cooked sugar confections, three-dimensional pieces, spraying chocolate, caramels, nougats, toffee, ganache, dipped fruit and gourmet fudge are just the beginning of what students will learn in our hands-on chocolate and confections courses.
Designed for the professional and non-professional, each class focuses on a chocolate specialty topic(s). At the completion of each hands-on class, participants have a comprehensive understanding of the theory and practical application processes necessary to create their own incredible chocolate and confection products.
